AN ELVETHAM WEDDING//HAMPSHIRE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER//GIO & SHEREEN//AUGUST 2019
My 2nd time at The Elvetham and yet again another absolutely stunning day, the sun was shining and everything just looked so pretty. Shereen and Gios wedding was so elegant and clean, with crisp whites and subtle hints of gold, pastel blue and grey running throughout the days details. Everything was wow...the bride, the groom, the dress, veil, cake, flowers....I could go on, it really was a beautiful day to photograph. Just look at that cake, made by the ever so talented Liz at Cake Buds.
Shereen and Gio were a dream to photograph, they were so relaxed and at ease around one another, and most importantly they knew how to have fun and just enjoy the moment. My favourite image is the one of Gio carrying the champagne and glass around for Shereen whilst we did their 'together' shots...made more amusing by the fact he doesn't actually drink so he really was being a perfect new husband. We had the most beautiful golden hour sun which we made full use of after the speeches had finished, this is a lovely time to enjoy being together and reflecting on the day so far. My clients always say how much they enjoyed just having the time to be together and be peaceful.
